Once a place has been offered, enrolments will be confirmed with a bond of two weeks full fees. This deposit is refunded at the cessation of your child’s enrolment. It is the policy of our service that accounts remain a minimum of one week in advance. Outstanding accounts may lead to the cancelation of bookings if suitable payment arrangements are not made.
A Childcare Written Agreement (CWA) must be signed by a parent to confirm an enrolment. A new CWA must be created and signed by parent when any changes to fees and/or bookings are made.
Fees are charged for public holidays and educator training days but are not charged for a two-week period over the Christmas and New Year when the centre closes.
Two weeks’ notice is required to cancel an enrolment. Two weeks fees will be charged in lieu of notice if you choose to withdraw your child from the service.
